Aimed at students of Biology, Ecology, Forestry or related Engineering, University Professors, professional researchers, public officials and environmental and all persons interested in the study of birds.
Objective
Start the training process in bird ringing, providing a solid foundation for future training banders to ensure high data quality and security of handling birds.
After completing the course, participants will be able to:
• Making appropriate use of mist nets as a method of catching birds.
• Know the characteristics of birds in the hand and take basic facts ringing.
• Apply and practice Bander’s Code of Ethics.
• Expand your knowledge of data analysis and statistics applied to banding data.
