The ProAves Foundation is proud to announce that its park ranger, Sergio Raúl Cruz, has been awarded the Institutional Medal as Rural Environmental Leader by the Government of Quindío. This recognition, granted under Decree No. 688 of 2025, honors the work of the farmers and rural communities of the departmen.
Sergio was recognized for his significant contribution to the social, economic, environmental, and cultural development of Quindío, thanks to his exemplary work in the rural territory of the municipality of Génova.
